I purchased two of these as a non trade customer, purchased with the engraving for a fun "bake off" with friends. The staff ensured these were made very quickly and delivered before expected, we had been in a hurry for them so this was appreciated. Good quality product, stands well on surface, attractive and very modern trophy/plaque, one of the best prices I could find on the internet and more than half the price of what I was quoted on the high street. Very impressed, thank you sent to all staff concerned
