The award was perfect, my only issue was that i had 2 sides engraved and when it came, the award was facing one way and the engraved plateswere not showing. Also the engraved plates were on 2 ajoining sides. I thought they would be placed on opposite sides. So trophie great, but finished presentation poor.
(CEO Comments: Apologies, the award is very similar on both sides and I can only imagine the engraver accidentally put the main plate on the wrong side - the second plate needed to be specified as going on the opposite side if that was what was desired - the engraving option says 'engrave on 2 sides' but does not specify which)
Nice awards, although I ordered 2 and they were completely different weights.
One was perfect, the other had a chip in the gold paint, so looked a little tatty.
(20.12 ed. Apologies for this .. we use heavy weight bases on all these trophies instead of the lightweight ones supplied as standard for this product and similar products from the Glenway brochure and by all other retailers. On this occasion it appears one lightweight base was accidentally used and hence the difference in weight ... the good news is that this difference in weight is usually the difference in quality between TrophiesandMedals.com and all others. JR)
The product i reicd was Good.
I paid for standard engraving but was dissapointed when readind the engraving one of the star awards optional line 2 was engraved in BLOCK CAPITALS and the other two engraved As Normal.
Ther was glue left on the trophy from where the name plate is attached.
Overall finished product could have been better
