Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the MerchandiZer (tm) system which utilises industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone, email or fax (details below).
All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorised Internet access.
Most prices are inclusive of VAT, some are exclusive. Any VAT not included is shown clearly as a separate item at checkout. The shipping cost is inclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the current rate of 17.5%
In most cases goods will not be released until they are paid for in full. We accept all the main credit and debit cards. We also accept cheques and BACS transfer. Orders paid by cheque will usually not be despatched until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a cheque, please make it payable to Sheek Ltd and send it to the address given below.
How much will my delivery charges be?
All Orders are sent by Courier to arrive with you in time for your presentation
Standard UK Delivery and Packing excl Highlands & Islands: from £6.99, rising to £9.99 subject to the size of your order. Delivery will be timed to meet your presentation date.
Express UK Orders (Required in upto 5 working days): An Extra £5 is charged to cover costs of rushing order through the system.
Super Express UK Orders (Required in 3 working days or less): An Extra £10 is charged to cover costs of rushing order through the system.
Glass Express UK Orders (Required in upto 5 working days) : An Extra £20 is charged to cover costs of rushing your order through the system.
These extra charges are refunded if for any reason we do not meet your deadline
What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving, however, where engraving has been applied directly onto an item, no refund will be available (unless an error on our behalf has been made). Delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will usually take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will generally be credited to your account. If paying by cheque or money order, a refund cheque will be mailed to you. We suggest you use Royal Mail Special Delivery for your protection.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only) if there is sufficient time, else we will advise you and arrange a suitable replacement. For international orders, we will e-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
What is your policy on Privacy?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
