My Superb Mega Star 50mm Medal arrived promptly, the product was well engraved and not expensive.
I chose this particular medal because of the star and I was therefore very disappointed that the star was absent, despite its name and the product picture.
More accuracy here is important as online buyers have to trust that product shots and descriptions are indeed accurate.
(Edited by JR on 10.6.12 - This customer rated the product/service as POOR but I have changed to Excellent given that the customer requested engraving on the front and back of the medal. As the engraving is on a disc, as described, then any engraving on the front of the medal will obscure the star. I am sorry if it was thought that the engraving would be on the star on the front of the medal .. but we give no reason to expect this hence the rating of POOR was not justified but of course I leave the full comments for you to decide. We can always advise a suitable product if you have special requirements - just give us a call.)
