Sheek recognises the importance of protecting transactions online.
The procedures for security and how Sheek sends transaction information online are described below. You will discover how our policies are designed to protect you. If you have any remaining questions, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
Transactions are sent between your computer and the Sheek data centres via the Internet using a highly secure technique based on SSL.
Sheek store transaction information on secure computers located in a locked data centre. Only a small number of employees involved in the management of the data centre have physical access to these computers. Where possible, we encrypt information stored on our computers as a further measure of protection. We use state-of-the-art security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.
Access to Information by Our Employees
In general, our employees who do have access to our databases can only retrieve information about particular individual transactions and not about individual consumers.
Our customer service representatives have access to some transaction information in order to respond to questions from our customers. We limit that access to the minimum information they require to be able to provide prompt, high quality service.
