We should have the lowest prices for every product and engraving service and we will not be beaten on price on any like for like total order for products and engraving.

If in the unlikely event you find any item at a lower price or any site can supply the same total order at a better price within 7 days of placing your order we will refund DOUBLE* the difference!

Just supply us with a screen shot of the shopping basket on the other site.  The only condition is we must be able to purchase the item(s) in question from the other site. So it will exclude any pricing errors on their site that they will not honour.

Why would we give you DOUBLE the difference back? Because we want you to be confident that you are getting a good deal.  We keep our web prices low so that you get more for your money, more for you.

* In the extremely unlikely event that double the difference exceeds 50% off our original price then the refund will be limited to half our original price.
